Perhaps my heading should have been "Keeping the dream alive"!
My niece has just started studying nursing and midwifery. She wants to be a Neo-natal intensive care nurse. It's so refreshing to hear a young person's heart beat with vision for her own future in nursing. I will do everything in my power to support her when the 'hard knocks' of our current system hit...Young people need our support more than ever!!
